We are really proud to source locally, cook seasonally, and tell the story of this place on every plate — because great food starts long before it reaches our back door. Our farmers, ranchers, and craft food producers show up every day and make something from nothing. That’s what we’re doing too — running on good ingredients, good people, and the will to keep the music loud.

Our fried chicken is off the hook. We did our homework and after messing with a grip of different recipes - we settled on the one that delivered the crispiest, juiciest, most delicious all-natural fried chicken, and it just happened to be gluten free.
